HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
After you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email notifying you that we have received your order.
Please note, this does not mean that we have accepted the order. You placing an order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subjected to availability and the order being accepted by us.
We will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an Order Dispatch Confirmation Email. The contract between us (“Contract”) will only be formed when we send you the Order Dispatch Confirmation Email.
We will only process your order once we receive the payment in full.
If there is a mistake with your order, there maybe an opportunity to correct that mistake so long as you email us on 'asaldesigns18@gmail.com' before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to amend your order. Please follow our Returns Policy for instructions.
The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch We have confirmed in the Order Dispatch Confirmation Email. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation Email.
We are authorised to refuse any order made by you for any reason.
When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.

CONFORMITY OF GOOD
Specifications and descriptions of products on this website are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the Goods and our postage and packaging charges will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
Prices of Goods and postage and packaging charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Our site contains a large number of Goods and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Goods listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where the Goods' correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Goods to you. If the Goods' correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Goods, or reject your order and notify you that we are rejecting it.
If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably recognized by you as an error, we do not have to provide the Goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Payment for all Goods must be made by the payment methods set out below.
Payment for all Products must be by Paypal, Credit or Debit Card. You will be given the option to pay using your Paypal account, credit or debit card on the Paypal payment screen.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We reserve the right to deduct an administration fee from your credit or debit card to cover our reasonable expenses if the Goods are not delivered because the address is incorrect as a result of you providing incorrect information to us when you placed the order.
Offers and promotions on the Website are subject to availability and We may change or withdraw them at any time and without notice. Nothing shall oblige Us to maintain offers or promotions for any period.

DUTIES
Orders to countries outside and within the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.
